TNO seeks to relieve Christian workers of the daily pressure of providing food for their families so that they can perform their ministry more effectively even without local or foreign support.

To achieve this goal, TNO utilizes the F.A.I.T.H. (Food Always In The Home) Gardening & Natural Farming (FGNF) technology. In this manner, pastors, church workers, and missionaries are empowered to produce the daily nutritional needs of their families right in their own backyards.

F.A.I.T.H. Gardening is an organic backyard or home gardening technique designed for family consumption. Surplus produce can also be sold to add to the family’s income.

Natural Farming is a farming system that promotes low capital input, high yield, good profit, while being environment-friendly at the same time. It utilizes micro-organisms essential to plant growth to increase produce production.

The combination of these two processes will:

• Ensure Christian leaders, believers, and church planters to have sufficient food for their families while they are doing their ministry;
• Provide healthy food and proper nutrition for the family;
• Upgrade the farming business know-how among farmers;
• Make them be a model in the community and a witness of God’s blessing through proper use of the land; and
• Make them use the garden as a tool for evangelism, discipleship, and church planting.
