LCBTC

The Local Church-Based Training Center (LCBTC) is the training and equipping center or school inside a local church handled by the pastor and his training team. The LCBTC functions as the processing mechanism upon which ordinary members and new converts are transformed into: (1) cell leaders/disciple workers, and (2) equippers. The training tools used are the Good News Series (GNS), Cell Leaders’ Training (CLT), and the three School of Workers (SOW) modules.
